Matt has spent most of his career developing high-capacity leaders who achieve exceptional performance results. Since 1985, Matt has focused on coaching, consulting and counseling both entrepreneurial and senior organizational leaders. His clients span many different industries and not-for-profit organizations. For over 10 years he coached leaders in the Young Presidents Organization. He was also the co-founder and president of Legacy Forums in Washington DC, an executive coaching organization which facilitated men and women leaders developing a strategic life mission that would lead to a legacy of greater fulfillment and contribution. For nine years he directed EPIC Associates, a non-political, non-governmental organization with more than two decades of experience in providing relational and spiritual support to national and international leaders in Washington, DC. He maintains a full portfolio of executive coaching and consulting clients both here in the US as well as in Africa and the Middle East. Matt also spends as much time as possible building into the lives of his four grandchildren - the next generation of leaders!
Since 1991, Leslie has been President of The Highlands Consulting Group, Inc. a career and leadership development company. She is recognized as an expert in developing the potential of leaders using state of the art assessments that measure work-related strengths to maximize effectiveness. Leslie is a popular speaker and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through International Coach Federation. She consults widely in both the public and private sectors, for non-profit organizations, schools, and churches. She is the co-author of The Right Choice, Matching Your Abilities with College and Career. Leslie has been on several pioneering teams in the area of developing leadership excellence. She was on the founding team of The Leadership Institute, a corporate leadership learning experience in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is co-founder of The Leadership Awakening Experience™, a leadership development curriculum for senior leaders. For many years she was adjunct faculty to The Federal Executive Institute, a graduate school for the Senior Executive Service of the U.S. government. Her greatest delight is spending time with her four grandchildren and building into their lives!
David has 40 years of experience in Executive Management, sales and international business start-up. Before helping found the start-up IT company, Prolink Inc., he held executive positions in small hospitals and major medical centers in the U.S. and Middle East. He brings a unique perspective from being both a professionally trained coach and an experienced leader who has started and grown successful businesses. He has been coaching individuals as they develop their expertise and their businesses in the U.S. and overseas in: hospitality, micro-manufacturing/retail, electronics distribution, IT manufacturing/service, education and leadership development. David loves hiking and spending time with their six grandkids.
Lucinda developed and delivered marketing solutions in U.S. and international technical markets for 20 years. She then transitioned from corporate executive to international entrepreneur, when she co-founded an IT business in Turkey. When Lucinda entered the business world in the early 70’s she eagerly searched for role models - women who understood their purpose and were consistently living it out in business and home. Since then she has sought to become one of them and help others along this path. Lucinda especially likes working with business owners/executives developing their businesses, individuals in the midst of significant change, i.e. relocation internationally, and baby boomers preparing for the next season of life. Lucinda readily admits that the grandkids out-hike them.
